JAKARTA, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- Mount Merapi spews volcanic materials during an eruption as seen from Yogyakarta, Indonesia.

As one of the most active volcanos in Indonesia, the 2.930-meter-high Mount Merapi, has regularly erupted.

Indonesia has 400 volcanoes across its 17,000 islands, with 129 active ones, of which some 65 are classified as dangerous.
